PBMs are looking for every reason to claw money back: missing signature log, no proof of pickup, no attestation that the patient actually got the script. One missed signature page can cost the pharmacy four figures, two years after the fill.

Every Checkout captures a patient signature at the point of payment. ClearPay generates a timestamped attestation letter for that specific Rx — patient name, drug, NDC, quantity, signature, device fingerprint — and files it against the prescription. When the audit notice shows up, the packet is already there. Export the PDF, hand it over, move on.
